Digital solutions can provide many facilitations in the context of disability.
Here we feature software, plans, and social movements related to free culture that allow reuse and sharing.
More than just a resource to consult, we also invite you to become actors by contributing to the benefit of all!
What does handilibre offer?
Participatory space
In free culture, the notion of community is important. We then become actors and not simple consumers.
Disabled people, families, friends, carers, volunteers, professionals can thus contribute on several levels for the common good. This website aims to position itself as a facilitator.

See possible implications.
Open source, free of charge and adaptable operating system
We provide an open source operating system, free of charge and adaptable to various types of disabilities.
This is not designed for the profoundly visually impaired and blind people, which would require another approach.

Download the system and guide here.
